The Embodied Life
Retreat in Sedona

Ancient Springs Retreat Center  |  May 14-16, 2027

A weekend for healing and living with greater ease, presence, and purpose.
Led by Rev. Cynthia Ambriz and Ama Barron · Limited to 14 participants

An invitation to return to yourself

Give yourself a weekend to pause, breathe, and reconnect with the wisdom within you.
The Embodied Life is an intimate retreat where we make room for the feelings, experiences, and questions asking for your attention—and practice meeting them with compassion.

What we will explore.

Together, we explore what it means to bring spiritual understanding into everyday life: how you respond when you feel uncertain, how you care for yourself, how you set boundaries, and how you stay connected to yourself in relationship.

Through guided practices, conversation, and time in nature, we support greater self-trust, grounded presence, and a deeper sense of belonging within yourself.

  • Body awareness, breathing practices, and meditation to help you return to your center.

  • Meeting emotions and protective patterns with curiosity and compassion.

  • Inner-child exploration and welcoming back qualities such as joy, creativity, and trust.

  • Connecting with your Higher Self and listening for the next step that feels true for you.

  • Integrating the Bus Stop Conversation and recognizing what your life experiences are inviting you to discover.

  • Exploring the frequencies of the Sacred Masculine and Divine Feminine.

  • Bringing love, wisdom, and spiritual awareness into your relationships and daily choices.

There will be time for reflection, movement, rest, and connection. Our intention is to create space for honest inner work, with room to integrate what you discover at your own pace.
