Understanding is one part of the journey
Understanding a spiritual teaching is one part of the journey. Learning to use it in daily life takes practice, time, and support.
Your Path, Your Power brings people together for 28 days of shared learning and regular practice. You have guided teachings, group gatherings, and community support as you explore new ways of meeting yourself and your life.
Through breathing practices, meditation, conversation, and reflection, you notice familiar patterns and practice making more thoughtful choices.
